Regrowth is my first game to be published, and was, a year later, put on display by the Burlington City Arts alongside such well-known games as Flower, Flow, and Braid, in part of the Game Life, Games as Art exhibit in Burlington Vermont. The game was a game created by myself and fellow students Jaime Fraina, Jordan Zehr, and Kerri Donahue. The game was inspired by the renowned point-and-click adventure, Samarost. Our goal was to create a beautiful and inspiring world, and explore the possibilities of player choice in games. The team decided to give the player the ability to choose the fate of the planet; whether they would lead it to redemption or ruin.
